MMCA offers two distinct membership opportunities to be involved in the mechanical construction industry. Contractor members are signatory to the local UA agreements and hire collectively bargained employees. Industry Affiliates are often supporters of those contractor members.

Which Membership Is Right For You?
Contractor members receive representation in labor relations matters including labor negotiations, apprenticeship committees, legislative matters on local, State, & national levels, code committees and many governmental agencies. Contractor members are signatory to local UA agreements and hire collectively bargained employees.
Industry Affiliates
Industry Affiliate memberships are open to supporters of the mechanical contracting industry. This may include suppliers, wholesalers, educational institutions and other businesses who directly support the work of our member companies.
